Devon founder of Devi Body Care


Hello, My Name is Devon and I am the creator and owner of Devi Body Care! Having grown up in Malibu with a French father who spent his childhood on the Mediterranean Sea, the importance of connecting with Nature and using herbal remedies for health was imbued in me at an early age. For Dad, walking on the beach in the morning was a religious ritual because how else can you commune with God other than breathing in the iodine from the salt water? His belief that Mother Nature has given us all we need to maintain vibrant health and beauty was passed down to me and in honor of him, Devi was created.

After years spent outdoors, under the sun and in the winter breeze, eventually took their toll on my hair and skin – I knew that any restorative remedies I would be using would have to come from Nature. They would have to be plant based, rich in ultra-moisturizing, natural emollients and essential oils. They would have to nourish my skin and hair with vitamins to stimulate their renewal while promoting an optimum, elevated level of beauty and health. And, of course, they would have to smell divine!

 

 Devi Body Care has been manifesting for years and was lovingly brought to life in the comfort of my kitchen in Malibu, Ca. I love being able to make something so special in such a magical place like Malibu, I am able to create these products for you while having over flowing inspiration coming from the crashing wave right outside my window. Devi brings me back to the ocean waters where nothing matters and everything is beauty, this is something that Devi represents; beauty within all and an ever innate knowing that things will be washed away and renewed.

Today, when I’m whipping up Devi Body Care products in my kitchen, my Dad’s reverence for the goddess, we call Nature, is ever present in my mind. His philosophy, that I live by, is what motivates me to offer these gifts to you—handmade in Malibu with love—so that you may treat your body divinely, treat your life divinely, and as a result, treat those around you divinely.

Picking just three products from my line is nearly impossible for me! I have formulated and tailored all of my creations to my exact dream and vision for how I want beauty product to work and how I want to feel after each use. Each of my creations have been through multiple tests, throughout my formulation process, and have all exceeded my expectations due to my devotion to making each and every one of my products; up to my (very high) standards while being ethical, natural, and have visible benefits and noticeable transformations. Devi is a luxury line and is crafted to transports your mind, body and soul to a relaxed, healing state, much like it would be at a spa or retreat.
